Rad Racer (NES) Gameplay

Before Square sunk all their money into one Final project with a distinct Fantasy theme, they made far less epic games. Rad Racer was one of those. It's a game that's remembered mostly for three things: It had pretty good music, you could hit Select to turn the game 3-D with a pair of those goofy 3-D glasses we all had in the 80s, and it demonstrated to the world that the Power Glove was "so bad".

It's a pretty straight-up arcade-style racer, otherwise. Just get to the checkpoints before time runs out. Simple enough.

hey, one question. Im looking for a NES game, similar to RAD RACER. but with bikes instead of cars. I remember playing the game when i was a kid. But it wasnt rally bike, it was another one. I remember that in the background there were buildings of a city and your goal was to avoid the incoming cars and reach the city. It was kind of fun but i dont remember the name of the game.

Fuck Yeah! I grew up on this shit. That's it, I'm getting whatever I need, heading back to my parents attic (no I don't live in the basement) and making Nintendo videos - need those 3D glasses for this one, too. May be hard to find.
