Yes,
instead of holding RT to fast-forward the gameplay, just press it down halfway.
It's not technically slow-mo, it's more of a frame-by-frame in a slower format.

the bomb respawns on the pad even if the game does end but it cant be placed on the pad to blow up

Its because the pad is were its supposed to blow up so if it blows up next to it it doesnt "blow the obective up" if tho its right next to it.

yeah you can hold down rt a little bit and choose how fast you want it when youre watching, but you can only record normal speed
