This is not a fake, it is real... the phone never was a APPLE iPhone 3Gs but a i9 Phone 3Gs.

so it is real not a fake and this phone had their own make. I don't think it's fair to say it is a fake phone because people sweat from making these phones but I do think the real iPhone are a bit better. (:
