Hello Aunty..
I am a bit confused with the recipe of chum chum and rasgulla.
please help me out.
If I am cooking rasgulla in a cooker, then how many whistles should i be hearing and on what flame?
also, if i am not using cooker for rasgullas, and cooking it in a pan, then according to chum chum recipe, i will use 5 + extra half cup water and let it cook for how many minutes in pan?

Thank you for sharing this wonderful recipe, aunty. I tried this for the first time with a lot of fear and anxiety. But it came out really good and very soft. But I think it should come little more round in shape, some of them were a bit flat in shape. 3 questions aunty: Can I prepare the rasgullas on the previous day of the party and refrigerate it? Will doing so reduce the softness of the rasgullas? How many days can we keep rasgullas refrigerated without losing the softness and the texture?
