OutKast is an American hip hop duo based out of East Point, Georgia, a city south of Atlanta, Georgia. The duo was originally known as The OKB (The OutKast Brothers) but later changed its name to OutKast. The group's original musical style was a mixture of Dirty South and G-Funk.

I remember this cut. I'm not from the south nor am I black. This cut hit me like a ton of bricks though. My older brother and I working demolition under the table pay at 13. Going broke wasn't an option cuz momma sold the food stamps and got drunk. It gave some of us little ghetto ass Native Americans some inspiration to git up n git out. Musical genius type cut. Even for a N side MPLS Native American a simple cut can change a life... much respect for outkast...
