honestly every freakin video i go to watch to lose belly fat i see exercises that are impossible to do so heres my theory all these fuckin buff dudes who can barey do this shit themselves go jerk off in a bush and get an overweight person in the video so we can watch them do it and relate it to ourselves, if we are able to do most of the shit i see then you really dont need to lose weight anyways stop reading magazines and watching the news you fucking idiots

The video is good. Nice exercises in loosing stomach fat fast. I just wanted to share to you guys about a link that gives free workout plans and exercises on how you could have and gain lean muscles and achieve a lean muscular look.
