@portugue100 - the container should mention the ratio.

@portugue100 - the container should state the mixture. A quart should last you years

I do everything you said but I prefer to change the oil in the spring. You should have mentioned that bike stands are better and they do not cost too much and take up just a little more room. Great vid

how much fuel stabalizer should be mixed in with the gas?

Do you think that starting my motorcycle a few times a week in the winter months would be ok ? Have you ever known a bike to survive the winter this way? This is my first bike and I know I have a lot to learn.
Thanks

Couple quick questions about stabilizer: So you had half a tank of fuel already and then added the fuel/stabilizer mix to fill the tank? Or fill the tank with half fuel and half stabilizer? Also, after the winter do you have to do anything to the mix or tank before you can ride again? Like drain it a bit and add straight fuel or something, or will it run with the stabilizer in the tank no problem?

No, I had a full tank of gas and add the appropriate amount of stabilizer...after winter just start your bike like normal, it will run fine with the stabil in the tank. Thanks for the questions! Really good ones too!
