NEW YORK -- Senators captain Daniel Alfredsson was injured when New York Rangers player Wojtek Wolski hit him and was given a penalty for an illegal check to the head.

Alfredsson did not return to the game and head coach Paul MacLean told the Ottawa Citizen after the contest that that Alfredsson would be evaluated at home.

Wolski hit Alfredsson in October and _was not_ suspended.

how is that any worse than Weber's shots on Zetterberg? They both were completely deserving of suspension but the star, Weber, gets a slap on the wrist fine and Wolski gets a 3 game suspension.
