@RamboRepublican No no! I'm British. he's not Australian! He's a well known actor in the UK in EastEnders. I was arguing that he doesn't sound Australian at all, and that Americans seem to get them confused.

@RichieSam5 There IS as much difference between English and Australian accents as American. You say there isn't because you are American, and don't hear enough English and Australian accents. Nobody in Australia or England ever says we sound more similar then Americans. To us Americans sound just as different.
Americans just IMAGINE English and Australian people sound more similar because
your media rarely shows any.
