she did sing on this tour its just that epix blocked out her real vocals and put it all on playback and yes she isnt dancing amazing as usual because she is singing live she even said it after her circus tour that she will be singing live on her next tour but her dancing may not be as good because its hard to run around dancing your ass of in a pair of heels whilst singing and trying to sound amazing.
