On Paris-Singapore route Singapore Airlines usualy have a good load factor because they are better than Air France who also serve Singapore.

I agree that the SIA training standard is obviously very high. But weather conditions may also play a role... in Singapore there are hardly heavy storms and turbulences which would force the pilots to land the plane hard and "press" it on the runway? Maybe some pilots can comment?

I flew about 10 times with SIA, never had rough landings. Beter trainings ? Or maybe newer airplanes ? If you look at the other videos on Youtube, it is the same. Those guys and girls from SIA knows to fly an airplane.
