@googlesuckscrap what's the difference between all the guys you named and Ralph M???????? The guys you named are TURNTABLISTS with some turned party rockers. Ralph M was never a turntablist. Alot of the old school party rockers like Ralph,Flash,Jazzy Jay,Funk Flexx and even Kid Capri don't have the sharpest or cleanest cuts. But they make up for it by playing the dopest records and keeping the crowd entertained.
i respect this guy for doing what he loves and all..
but he talks about practicing and keeping up to date? this dude has subpar talent on the tables compared to A-trak, Vajra, Craze, Enferno, Q and all of the other turntablists. this guy is off beat on his scratches, his technique is basic and for an "advanced dj", he doesn't know how to use que labels?
i'm sure he is a good person and i admire his effort, but Guitar Center should get more credible talents next time.
Old school Dj'ing is an artform. It takes skills to mix, cut , fade, blend, and scratch, unlike the wannabe Dj's of today with all that technology and they still can't blend the music right.
