Questions to Clifta Coulter Perez about if a girl should do steroids to get bigger. Clifta says NO to steroids. Talks about taking days off from training, not doing too much cardio if you're trying to get bigger and grow some muscle... and don't do too many drop sets, sets to failure, negatives... it can make you overtrain if you're not careful. Also gotta make sure you're getting enough protein in your body for the activity that you're doing.

  • @Camford99 Thank you for your comment and insight. I like to answer my questions off the top of my head like I was talking to someone in person. I don't have enough time in the day to sit down and prepare answers... if I did, I couldn't get to all of the questions. Sorry you didn't like this video.

  • @sass9507 You're welcome! You don't necessarily have to lose muscle to get lean. You can still lose body fat while keeping the lean mass that you already have, but you have to make sure you're eating enough. You just can't put on size while trying to get lean. I know there are people out there that say you can, but you can't, in my opinion.

  • @CliftaFIT This makes sense. I've been doing this since I saw a video of yours where you say to keep increasing the weight. It's working out nicely.

  • I am 5'10, 161lbs, thin and I have a final layer of fat to get rid of so all of the cardio helps with that. I think what I'm going to ultimately do is try to do one or the other...either grow muslce or get lean. I think I'm going to focus on getting lean, lose the muscle I've grown and just make it up when the goal changes to building muscle. You were a huge help! Looking forward to the supp video.   • Thanks for answering Clifta! I think I'm not eating enough. I will up my protein/caloric intake and see where that takes me. I have cut down my cardio to 12 mins 3 times a week - HIIT circuits within the last month. I was doing 12 min. HIIT circuits 5 days a week for the month of December I and could see I lost muscle so I've since brought it down to 3 times a week, maybe even drop it to 2. I take 2 days off so I get my rest. con't...

  • @TheDearlovediaries Hi, thank you for watching. I like to have my girls do it all at once... meaning... weight training, cardio, and diet at the same time. I just filmed a video on the supplements that I like. I don't believe in fat burners... you can do it without them. I'll be posting more videos tonight and tomorrow. :) Does this answer your question or should I make a video about this?
