Ever wonder who came up with the knife though woman disappearing act. Well it wasn't David Copperfield. A magician named Audrey did in the early fifties. Enjoy this video and see more at www.fantasmamagic.com
Aubrey was very good does anyone have any footage of James Crabbe (Aubrey) performing his manipulation act? I have seen it on V.H.S. He was one that could do it all very well.
Aubrey was also a noted cinematographer (James Crabbe) who filmed such notable movies as The Karate Kid and invented the freezer camera for the training scenes in Rocky.
Classic. Love this illusion and I am so happy that it has made it to YouTube via Fantasma. Lovely work.

Truly an unsung pioneer. Thanks for sharing this! Fyi, though? You misspelled "Aubrey" in the upper right-hand summary.

The best way to learn about magic is to watch historic videos like this. That prop is now in the Paul Osborne collection...thanks for posting!
