As we are learning about radiowaves and whatnot to controll us, i would think that sound waves are risky and also unnessessary. Simple mindfullness on the in and out breaths is enough. after a decent amount of concentration is established, redirect the mindfullness to the tip of the nose or the upper lip, wherever you first feel the air going in and out. the idea is 1 point concentration.

One of the problems is our internal map of reality ( which directs our actions, thoughts, reactions etc) has been manipulated since birth to be a slave mentality containing many of the things Alex talks about. What destroys this manipulated internal map?..Awareness. Awareness will slowly change our internal map, one thing i found that works very well is Holosync by Bill Harris.
