The Dave Show - Making Chocolate Muffins!

Recipe for Double Choc Chip Muffins:
8oz (200g) Self Raising Flour
4oz (100g) Margarine
10oz (300g) Caster Sugar
2 Eggs
2 tsp Vanilla Essence
10 tbs Milk
4 oz (100g) Cocoa
Chocolate Chips

Cook for 20 - 30 minutes on Reg 4!

I made a mistake! I only put 5 tablespoons of milk in but they came out alright in the end!

the self raising flour in there should mean that no baking power needs to be in there! :)

Thanks for the recipe Dave! It came out pretty well. I didnt have Chocolate powder. Guess what! I used my chocolate Whey supplement - 3 scoops and added no milk. just water and 3 eggs.. Im sure it would be better tasting with chocolate powder..

He already mentioned 'self raising flour' which is 1 cup flour plus 1 1/4 tsp of baking soda.
