Do away with the IRS & millions of personal filings, no more labor, er, ugh "income" taxes. No more audits etc. Fund the USA with several hundred thousand accounts instead. Tax consumer spending say 17%. None on food, medicine, education, health care. The hidden 37% income of the mafia, streets gangs, bribes, thieves, fenced goods, illegal gambling & drug dealing, prositution, on & on, when that money buys BMW's - Rolex's - $1,500 suits, it would surface & be taxed flooding USA with funds
