The Sky HD box is of such poor quality you'll be very lucky if you get a year out of it. I'm on my third box now. Six months old and it's just starting to play up. As soon as it goes I'm off to cable and I'd advise anyone to do the same. Sky rob you of money and give you shit equipment and shit service when things do go wrong. Be warned.

@henriquenarave10 if you right click on computer, go to manage, then in 'storage on the left open it and select 'disk management' you will see it here at the bottom . . . just right click and reformat it :) . . . thats all i did and it came up on my computer as soon as it formated . .. mail me if its still not working
