parents are to blame here. Not having money does not entitle you to destroy your childrens' future by denying them their right to a proper education; especially when it is free. Thus the poverty cycle continues.

I did this when i was home and younger but not when i was this young!!! this was kinda emotional for me...its just not right!! c'mon govt, city council!! corrupt, ignorant egocentric idiots!!

perhaps the most emotional clip I've ever encountered ! I don't care about the people getting conned by the wagangas , I don't give a rats ass about the constitution >>>but kids in these LABOR camps ? !!! NO people ! NO NO NO !! NTV get to the bottom of this . If there is anything you should investigate , this is it ! Forget the mau , screw the super hyways , as a nation having kids slaving away as LABOURERS is an abomination like no other ! Disgusting !!!!

but NTV was more concerned with the stone houses that are in danger and not the young children knocking with hammer. Child labour is internationally illegal and thats why I am not suprised that every comment here has touched on the issue. NTV, we don't care abt the house, it is the kids welfare that we are concerned abt.

child labour. ngai, these kids are too young to be using hammers and knocking stones.
NTV you should have concentrated on the young gal knocking the stones, that is child labour and it is illegal. forget about the stone houses, it is the children that have caught my attention.

This is ridiculous and should be child endangerment. Where are our leaders at? I mean how would a 4 year or even ten year old work in a quarry?..and there is free primary education? What about the parents?..we are doomed as a nation.
The government does not buy a hammer for your child, lead her by the hand and place her on top of rocks in a quarry... parents do that..
Time to stop blaming govt. for personal decisions - there is FREE primary education in Kenya...
Shame on the parents!
