also to add about the palm flips, dont slap or smack the wall.. instead, touch the wall lightly and push away:)

what is this place supposed to be..? looks like a perfect place for a parkour gym.. :P
tips for palmflips:
1.) stand really close near the wall(not far),
2.) jump up, and
3.) push away from the wall(the closer you are to the wall, the easier to push away and easier to land. the farther, the more difficult it is to push away and more difficult to land..)..
* hand placement is imporant as well if u want to land it correctly. when you jump, your hand placement should be at shoulder height..

@fareez5hah It's actually a store room, and also the space outside the changing rooms. hahahaha...the equipment dates back to the early 90s. We clean it up and use it. Hahahaha....
