Hi Annie, great advice, thanks. I never thought of my physical health as a "business asset". But of course it is. How cool is that. It will go a long way to encourage those of us who feel we are being "selfish" (by taking time out to exercise) to get to the gym. In doing so, we're working on our business as much as ourselves. Awesome. Gotta fly, I'm off to the gym ;-)
