These are "composite" credits, listing everyone who worked on the first 16 episodes of the fitrst season. Norman Maurer, for example, co-wrote the episode "Scooby Meets The Three Stooges" {he was their agent, as well as Moe's son-in-law}; Larry Harmon was "Stan Laurel's" voice in the "Laurel & Hardy" episode, and Jim MacGeorge was "Oliver Hardy" [Harmon controlled the rights to animate L&H, and H-B produced a 1966 syndicated cartoon series for him, featuring him and MacGeorge].
For early syndication, they cut out Shaggy and Scooby's last dialogue ("Where are you?" "Over here!") before the horn finale as the "A HANNA-BARBERA PRODUCTION" notice shows up, so that they could play the 1979 H-B "Swirling Star" logo w/o any interruption.
This and the oringinal series were so classic!
