@GBmagic100 yes is because it makes me smarter to use a sub-par operating system with decent hardware is stead of simply keeping my preferred Linux/UNIX based disto and my job as a PC technician.

These videos still work pretty well. I used them to learn how to write the programs for ABTC Basic and Scientific Calculator. Both apps are on iTunes now, and the reviews that I've gotten have been pretty positive.
