@apinafilms I dunno about that. I for one would like to see Capcom take it up a notch similar to how Retro Studios ramped up the difficulty in DKCR.
X2 was hard just because of Serges, X3 was hard because of final Sigma. X4, not that bad. X5, I could never seem to beat Wily Zero because of that damn full-screen OHKO of his. First Sigma fortress in X6 is just ridiculous. Seriously? Starting the level off with a spike wall that I for one could not figure out how to scale as X?

come on capcom! how hard can it be? make A GOOD megaman game!
no you dont need to use 3d
no you dont need to turn it into rpg
no you dont need to have superb plot
no you dont need to make special stages really
just make 2d megaman with megamanX kickassingness
no dont make stupid special stages like in x8 just normal 2d platformer stages and it will KICK ASS!!
now go capcom.....DO IT!!!

I prefer Chill Penguin's theme from Maverick Hunter X over this since it's give a chilly feeling (it's the only track from MHX I like)
