If you kill your neighbor because everyone "thinks" he's raping his daughter you are still guilty of murder when the autopsy shows he was impotent. Back when we were a strong nation we were content to retaliate when attacked. With Iraq we retaliated before we were attacked. How are we different from other aggressors in history? Heaven help us.
