NB: I really need to get at proper camera soon. Until then I apologize for the shaky picture etc.

  • Beautifully shot video. I agree with Flieger about the camera. Even the light flicker as you pan across the fjord adds a certain quality. This combined with the soundtrack and the subject matter makes for quite an emotional video. My prayers are with all who suffered in this tragedy.

  • @AbduAnNur You know, watching it again I have to agree with you ... the flicker + the music somehow makes sense.

  • I loved this video, Arko. Maybe a boring place to grow up but certainly a nice place to grow old... Thanks for the ride along.

So sorry about the tragic disaster, hope the kids get well soon.

    G.

  • @RequiemPipes Wise words, G. You'll be a fine old master of life someday. A master with an awesome collection of puffers.

  • Great video Brother, sad day indeed yet a very beautiful place on earth. I would imagine you have found menories of growing up in a place so beautiful.

  • @RevJoeyG Thanks, Rev. Yeah, as I'm getting older the memories becomes better and better for some reason. The heart gets softer, I guess ;)

    Thank you for watching.

  • Great video. And a sad tragedy. I have been to Præstø a few time to get food. When we used to visit Møns Klint. I lived in DK for 7 years and plan on moving there again. Thanks for sharing.

  • a very sad day indeed.... I have spent a long time teaching seakayaking and canoeing, Scotland, Wales Norway, Sweden the US and of course here in DK... I believe that learning about cold-water immersion should be taught to school children here in DK...

Cold water incident statistics are measured from 15c and below... we have cold water nearly all year round off our 7000km coastline...

  • What a lovely video thanks for sharing it.

    Tom

  • Very nice in a bittersweet way. If I recall rightly, some of my ancestors came from Zeeland. Every spring we have the same tragedy when people get out on the rivers too early.

  • @herecomescharlie Thanks, Charlie!

  • @harjoeric Well, I'm glad you like 'em, man ...

  • @dagonet1889 Thanks, Andre! I'm glad you enjoyed it.
