Look great and feel great!
The way of nutrition and eating ways adviced by Prophet Mohammed (SAV) 1400 years ago are now being proved everyday by the new discoveries from the nutrition scientists.So now let us see this fact by taking hadithes(words of our prophet) one by one :

A hadit from "Kimya-i Saadet of Imam Gazali is :"The worst ones of my society(ummah) are the ones who eat white flour". Also Sahl bin Sa`d (r.a.) said: "I did not see the Prophet (S.A.W.S.) take sifted flour ever since Allah sent him till Allah took his breath". In Kutub -i Sitte we also see that people had been seperating the outer part of wheat called "bran" by sifting and our prophet told them to put the wheat and bran together . This is valid for rice and all other cereals ,too. WE must eat evrything in its whole natural form.

This hadit is very very important in our day because it is the only cure of Diabetes which is described as a very mysterious illness occuring basically as the result of a defect in our Digestion System and classical medicine stil can not heal .
So what makes our digestion system tired? If we investigate the answer of this question we find only "FOODS." In this case only individuals or societies who know how to take food correctly can be away from Diabetes.

Now,wheat is the richest and most suitable food for the human body. But when it is converted into white flour (by electrical machines) like sandwiches,white bread,cakes,cookies, pizzas,etc it loses all the vitamins and minerals, becomes an unfamiliar food for the body and makes our metabolism tired.. These products t also contain chemical yeast or other extra chemicals like surfactants and emulsification agents We have to consume only branned wheat by boiling and eating, bulgur or wholewheat bread made of wholewheat +natural salt +natural yeast +water so as to be protected from Diabetes.

White Rice:The rice without bran (because all the vitamins and minerals are in the bran) becomes a tasty but constipating and tiring object for the body and cause diabetes. Branned rice is the best alternative.So actually processed and refined foods and too much meat consumption are the reason of Diabetes Mellitus Type 2.I shall try to give information about other refined foods also after 1 minute. So If we simply listen tou our prophet and eat naturel foods and fast during Ramandan and if possible during the times stated by our Prophet we shall never make our digestion system and getr id of Diabetes.

Another advice from our prophet was to eat fruits before the main dishes(in other words foods containing protein like meat ,poultry,eggs,dairy products etc).Now modern science proved that fruits ,vegetables,salads stay only about 10-20 minutes in our stomach and pass to intestines to be digested.But on the contrary high protein foods like meat,fish,polutry etc. stay in our stomach about 1 hour to digested.So if we eat E.G. meat and fruits together then this will cause making gas,ekşime ,burning and destroy our system

To begin and end eating with salt was another thing done by our prophet(Sunnah)
Of course to buy natural sea salt and grind it in electrical grinders or to pound it at home is better since white salt is also objected to various chemical phases before it is white and granulated on our table.Our Prophet said, "Salt is the master of your food. God sent down four blessings from the sky - fire, water, iron and salt" (Ibn Maja).
Now ithas been proved taking a pinch of salt before meals makes our digestion sytesm completely ready for the meal in the best way. Eating a pinch of salt after meals throws the laziness from your body and opens your mind.

"A person's house without veniger is like a poor man's house and it is a blessed seasoning." "Vinegar is the condiment of prophets" These two hadit buts of course does not describe the veniger you buy from grocer which is only asidic acid without any minerals or vitamins. Modern medicine also acknowledge its anti-cough, anti-inflammation and digestive properties but vinegar must be made by fermenting the juice of sweet fruits and grains such as barley, apple and grape.. You can produce naturel veniger at home very easily and there is a lot of info for "homemade vinegar " on internet.

  • If fasting in the day and eating in the evening is so good for you, why do people GAIN weight during Ramadan?

  • This is very interesting brother, but I agree, you need to present this in a much more watchable format. The audio is terrible, and perhaps someone with not as heavy an accent would make for a better presenter. Perhaps your job is to produce these sorts of videos and to create the content, and let someone else narrate. Just a thought. Peace to you...

  • Thank you for posting this. It is unfortunate, but people need to be reminded how to eat properly. I try to use the Bragg's [TM] organic apple cider vinegar. Just a couple of teaspoons in a cup of boiling water with some honey is a great cleasing tonic.

  • Also in regards to Tayyib, i'm not referring to halal or Tahir foods, I'm referring to wholesome and nutritious food. Most people I know over-consume sure, but they're also overconsuming the wrong foods to top it off.

  • Tahajjud? Calorie burning? No. If you want to put out a tahajjud excercise tape, be my guest! LOL! As for not eating food that is Tayyib (good/pure), I can't imagine going through the sufferings of ramadan fasting and eating pork to top it off! LOL!

    The problem of ramadan weight gain, I believe, is the consumption of too many calories too close to bedtime.

  • Is tahajjud not enough calorie burning? It's because most of us don't eat foods that are Tayyib and wholesome, and obviously we overeat.

  • What do you mean by "not obey the rules". As lon as people wait until sunset/evening to eat, they are obeying the rules. Yet some people gain weight. My opinion is that they gain weight because after not eating food during the daylight hours, they eat a lot at night and then go to bed, which causes those calories to be stored.
