No, since this video is from Watcher 1.0 (ranged fight), the hunter isn't aggroing any tentacle at all but tanks The Watcher.
Tentacles have been dealt with melee team. If you look closely, you'll notice the Burg (me) enraging them (they hit hard in melee once they are locked on a target, which is still the case in v3.0).
