With all due respect to its terrific albums and kinetic, frenetic live shows, if The Avett Brothers could put on a three-song acoustic concert at every workplace in America, the band would be a world-beating colossus. For proof, listen to this performance in the NPR Music offices. Find more at http://www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?storyId=92071316.

  • Saying that an Asian can't play folk music, is the equivalent of saying that a white guy can't study martial arts.

Now pull your head out of your ass and enjoy some excellent musicians without bickering like little girls. :-)

  • Seth can take of his shirt at warp speed...ladies.

  • @alisterhrae27

Can't you just appreciate it for what it is and not make douche bag comments?

  • Its not gay if you have sex with an Avett Brother.

  • I agree.. Voices are in pitch though..

  • They should invest in an electronic tuner or two!
