@MyDeArmAsTeR1 like you said, using more machines as the muscles become more exhausted. if i remember right, gaspari has had several injuries so he does smith to keep it balanced and just focus on pushing...i guess so anyway, im not a professional lol

@leetreapers300 theres really nothing wrong with that. You pretty much start with free weights and as the muscles become exhausted you move to to the machines. Now, if u focus on machine > free weights, thats something else

Over training but if your on PEDs u will recover from most anything u also need 8 hrs sleep to grow

i agree there was a lot of machine work. but thats great for size. if they were powerlifting it would be pretty foolish though lol

Farking amazing is how Rich look. He keeps this up he is going to put some more size on. The reason is because the body will respond positively.

Wow, he really worked hard for his "comeback". I wonder if Arnold could do it as well, if he wanted (or needed) to. Flex has some crazy calves by the way.

too much machine work for my tastes. dont hate on me, im a gaspari and lewis fan too but i just dont like machines that much.
