http://www.diet.com/videos/ Tone up your back with this single arm row. This is a great exercise if you sit at a desk all day.

  • @milosjervic12 your friend doesn't sound like a very good friend and he's probably lying.

  • Thank you so much for this good advice, do you heard about EMI Diet, I`heard so many good thinks about that diet. My friend lost tons of weight but he refuse to tell me how he did that.

  • My coworker has been consuming DietOramy diet (encountered on Google) for around a couple of months now and she shed the majority of her physique fat now - I'm attempting to talk her into fitness, but she is just loyal to her DietOramy...

  • seriously? hold two weights in one hand?? That's the most idiotic thing I've ever heard. How about you ditch the "Gwyneth Paltrow 3lbs weight rule" and lift something a little more significant.

  • This does not hep for people who do desk work, this is mainly for the lats and not the traps and rhomboids which would hold the shoulders back.

  • @jazzyfizzle86 yeah if you do strength training and lift heavy consistently. not the same back exercise once a day.

  • @mcmfro yea but weight training is still good because it ups your metab.

  • That was an awkward poser stance she had there..

  • theres no such thing as spot reduction. you can't lose fat on your back from doing single arm rows or any back exercise for that matter. you lose fat from using more calories than you intake. don't waste your time with this this guy he is full of crap. in the time you watch this video you could have done a 4 min circuit that would have done 100x more than this stupid video will do.

  • steven's rockin the mustache
