The best thing to do is to trigger Dr. Salvador, then go back to the house, wait for him to swing then knife his head. Afterwards, knife him till he gets up. Rinse and repeat.

Btw, with reference to staggering Dr Salvador by shooting him after he whiffs his chainsaw swing, does that mean you can stagger him by knifing him in the head as well?

WOW, using only handgun, kicks and knife on Salvadore AND an angry mob... now that's brave! Everyone in his school made fun of him so he surgically put a rotten potatoe/onion bag over his face and moved to a village Las Plagas in his excavation in the cave with 100 billion other people and now he's treated like a Ganado king.
