  • great song and video

  • Thank you. glad u enjoyed it

  • are their black people in puerto rico?

  • @pathorne1

Yes. Puerto Ricans are a mixture, the Europeans and Blacks from Africa that went to Puerto Rico and mixed with the once Native Indians called Tainos. There are Plenty of Blacks in PR, a few you might recognize by color are Roberto Clemente former Pirates ball player #21 , Titi Trinidad, and many others. Thanx for aasking.

  • I have found out that all of the islands anthems & those of central & south america are all the same 'de colores', there is no distinguish between the cultures & some of us have been given a very bad reputation as a result of everyone thinking we are all the same, when in fact we are not. Except for Mexico & Colombia who have different anthems, we r stuck. I say make this the national anthem of puerto rico, it deserves to be so! blessings to independence & being independent thinkers!

  • This is ordained the Puerto Rican National Anthem, by me! It is so sad that all the island anthems & Central, South America are the same one 'de colores', except for Colombia's! It seems like a spread of forced unity, & ownership & this should not by, by one sneaky Latino country & Puerto Ricans are Hispanic, a USA Territory, a Commonwealth, so it should stand apart & very tall too! Bendiciones Puerto Rico Siempre!

  • this is the national anthem for Puerto Rico per Ogismotheonly101, so remember that, Puerto Rico must distinguish itself from the other Islands & Spanish countries. This USA Territory, Commonwealth is under an unfortunate circumstance, it has the very same National Anthem as all the islands and every Central & South American country 'De Colores", except for Colombia, who have redone one for themselves & its pretty nice too! So I have chosen this one. You should strive to be different & on top!

  • LOS NUYORICANS SON TAN BORICUAS COMO CUALQUIER PUERTORRIQUEÑO QUE HAYA NACIDO EN LA ISLA ES MAS PERSONALMENTE CONOZCO ALGUNOS NUYORICANS QUE SON MAS ORGULLOSOS DE SU TIERRA Y SU CULTURA BORICUA QUE MUCHOS DE NOSOTROS QUE NACIMOS Y NOS CRIAMOS EN PUERTO RICO. UNO NO ES BORICUA POR QUE HABLA ESPAÑOL SIN ACENTO O POR QUE NO HA VISITADO LA ISLA,,UN BORICUA ES EL QUE LLEVA SANGRE PUERTORRIQUEÑA, AMA A SU ISLA BORINQUEN Y NO SE AVERGUENZA DE SU ORIGEN Y SU CULTURA.
