@GarrettJ1991 yea it does take along time to be considered "good" at the guitar but my friend told me that she started learn by learning songs then later on she got lessons and she was better then her x who had been learnung for about 6years i think

@somedude773 it's just something you've got to stick with... I've been playing for just a little over a year and I still wouldn't consider myself beyond a beginner.. this was one of the first songs I started learning though, and it's not overly complicated

one thing I've found that's helped me is to learn riffs or licks first, then work on whole songs... once you understand the foundation of a song it's easier to get the hang of
