Yes, logic and critical thinking (seriously lacking these days...) goes a long way here! Add to that a solid science background (if possible) and one can usually see the BS from the truth.

I think critical thinking has always been a feature of minority.. (and usually they suffered cos of that feature..) In fact I believe there has never before been so many critical, "asking questions", conscious people in The World, as there is now. Of course it's still not much but better this than nothing. Your effort contributes to this slow process. No question about it.

hey man love ur videos..watched alot of them and i subscribed..i was wondering if u had any expirience or heard anything positive from whey protein from nutrabio.com ..i just bought some isolate from them unflavored , is suposed to be kosher .....thanks
