One of the most densely populated places on earth, the Gaza Strip is home to over a million Palestinians - and is a virtual prison. Just 43 kilometres long and 10 kilometres wide, most of its residents are refugees who've lived in camps since 1948. Since the Palestinian uprising - the second Intifada - began in September 2000, none of Gaza's 40,000 day labourers have been able to cross the border to Israel. The checkpoint is also closed to all goods and medical supplies coming in from Israel and the West Bank. Local Gazans bear the brunt of Israel's determination to quash the uprising. Some 135 Palestinian children under the age of 15 have been killed by Israel's soldiers - for throwing stones at checkpoints near Israeli settlements. In this episode, Life visits Reyidh and Sabah and their children - just one refugee family trying to cope.

@StangeWorld0000 Because Israel has been sticking it to the Palestinians for generations. The Palestinians were kicked out of what is now Israel in the late 1940s and they became refugees. Palestinians still live in refugee camps and children are born as refugees. They will always be refugees until they have their own state. They do not have an official state so they are still refugees!!!

I have a video on my channel about Jewish teenagers who chose to go to jail rather than serve in the IDF. They chose not to kill the Palestinians. Many True Jews in Israel have been beaten and jailed for promoting "love thy neighbor." They are brave and moral people. I also appreciate the group Jewish Voice for Peace in Israel.

Actually this is not the history. This woman needs to review the history of exodus in 1948.; If Israel kicked the Arabs out, why are there a million Arab Israelis. Please review History IA and REDO the  video....... Pls. mention the daily rocket attacks on Israeli children in your next video.

Who is suffering as a result of this conflict? Palestinians. Yet, you support it's continued existence. This makes you an enemy of the Palestinians. I want the war to end, you don't.
