I hate to burst your bubble, but several organ building and supply firms developed similar devices nearly thirty years ago. Modern versions have been available on order from a few catalogs for over ten years, and similar systems for piano for over twenty. I do have to admit that its pretty cool you were able to build one on your own however.

There is plenty of equipment available to add MIDI input/output capability to organs which are already electrically actuated, but this instrument is completely mechanical, with wooden push rods all the way from the keys to the valves.

There are also kits of optical or other sensors which can be added to keyboards to get MIDI output, but these don't provide a means of driving the keys with MIDI input as we've done here.
