@Th3KoNfuZ3D you have to join the arena and become the grand champion then he'll show up to annoy you till u go crazy and cause a mass murder and tamriel blows to millions of pieces and then the universe will sees to exist so on and so forth unless u kill the bastard on dive rock then everything would be fine. oh and by the way its 'Super Saiyan'
