yes, a man who doesn't use a condom is being a pig, unless he is in a monogamous relationship and he and his partner have mutually decided to stop using them. If his partner is a woman and they don't want a baby, she should be on some form of birth control or he should have had a vascectomy. If you are under those circumstances, the commercial doesn't apply to you.
