@stokepogue the Romans also slaughtered unknown numbers of Jews, the great works were only Roman Ideas, slaves probably some jews actually built that good stuff. The Romans impoverished people with taxes leaving them in debt.don't you think it's fair to expect these things when government is too harsh and unjust?

PG himself will not be taking part in the revolution as he has a bad back, power to the people brother and solidarity

Last night on the way home, I let pass on the sidewalk a loud protest group chanting and displaying banners. I immediately thought of this scene.

AND WHAT HAVE THEY EVER GIVEN US IN RETURN?!

@Smarty187Productions You are right, there are a few people who have a belief that there is no god, but even then if these people are given sufficient evidence that there is one they will change their mind, for example, god appearing before them and telling them they're wrong. And even then, most often these people don't disbelieve in god "just cuz", they are a lot of the time driven by the same core principle as I am: The lack of obvious interaction with a supernatural being.

@Blodslav Maybe, but I would say that there certainly are people that believe firmly that there is no god, not just because there is no logical evidence for one. I would call that atheism. What else would it be?
I'm impressed: a person worth debating with in a youtube comment thread.

@Smarty187Productions You can't have a positive belief in a negative, it makes no logical sense. I don't believe in NO god, I just don't believe in anything because there is no compelling evidence. Once there is evidence, it will be evident, and still won't require me to believe in anything. You're just hiding behind poor grammar. Lol.
-
@Blodslav I believe that Atheism is a belief: it is a belief in NO god.
PS- I'm not atheist

@MiRRorKagami Atheism is a belief as much as not collecting stamps is a hobby. Or bald a hairstyle. It is not a belief it is the lack thereof. Judging from past experience with social situations I've concluded that believing anyone or anything or in anything is generally a detrimental factor. When you believe something there is a certain amount of risk involved.
