  • good

  • what's the song? Sounds like Angra. I could be wrong lol

  • @b1perry sounds reasonable

  • smith machine best machine for home workout

  • @dvdmclean1980 Well its opposite for me, i lift 270 on smith and only 215 on free, granted i rarly do free and my balance muscles probably arnt strong enough to do more then 215 free.

  • @beantownn54 sounds like Queensryche. Not sure of the exact song.

  • Smith is good if you don't have a spotter, and it allows you to really isolate the chest. Free weight benching is great, but there are many tools to get big. Going free barbell, smith, dumbbells, or hammer machines are all useful. I personally don't do flat bench with the Smith due to the limited range of motion. However, for decline or incline, Smith works very well as the bar travels more along one plane naturally. Add some flat db presses and it's a good way to really hit the chest.

  • @dvdmclean1980 no way man.. I do way less on regular bench than I do on the smith.

    Agreed!!
