Switch Lunges are one of the best way to tone up your entire lower body.
How To:
Begin with one leg forward and one leg back, hips squared forward and hands on your hips. Bend both knees to a 90 degree angle, lowering your hips to the floor. When your back knee is about to touch the floor, drive your body weight up into a jump, pushing through your legs and front heel. Switch your feet in mid air, landing softly with knees bent and feet reversed.
