i am a chinese and the word coolie, like what Razhyck said, means manual laborer. However it's nothing racist, and it definitely does not mean "cool".

Hi people, yep that is water for sure coz there are lots of painters of the sort in Bj, and you see the water fading after a while. Great for the environment too huh.
