Working sets of axle jerks with Iron Woody #2 fitness bands from 12/01/2009. Lifts are 157x1,177x1,197x1,217x1 (PR+12lbs), 232x1 (PR+27lbs),242(M) and 199x4 (PR+24lbs). Bands provide about 100lbs of tension at top of lift. Axle from Williams Strength.
Thanks Corey. I highly recommend getting some bands for training. They are incredibly versatile have really brought up my overhead lifts (not that you need to do that haha). Best place is Iron Woody Fitness or Pro Wrist Straps (if you have a discount code).
