Wow, what a good rave and for those kids to be running like that is really good. I went undefeated in the 400m this year and my fastest time was 57s i dont know if that is good or not but no one oculd beat me.

I'm really not sure what his time was on this, I need to see if I have it somewhere. This was his first 400 meter and he didn't really pace himself, but he sure was hauling out of the gate and just having a good time! He likes the 100m much more. He was only 7 when he ran this, and was also racing against some younger kids. Thanks for all your comments!
