i'm sure some good work goes on there but shame on Abertawe Bro Morgannwg University Local Health Board for dragging the family of Rhiannon Hayman through the courts for 16 YEARS for righteous compensation for her brain damage caused by lack of oxygen.

It's a terrible thing to happen and could have be an avoidable mistake but 16 years is disgraceful. How they have suffered.
