@ACCSESS247 Can you let me know how old I am please, as you seem to somehow be an expert on all aspects of my life! By the way, I haven't stopped any of your comments, there was just a delay in noticing them (keeping my YT channel up to date isn't my main priority in life :))

@ACCSESS247 Will you please read what I am writing! The point of these demoes was to get Barclays to pull their investment funding from HLS. Barclays did indeed pull their investment funding out of HLS, therefore the demoes very much worked - they achieved what they were meant to achieve so how do you see this as being unneffective and achieving nothing ??? It just doesn't make sense man!!!

The cop can not give a valid or site a actual code of that has been directly violated.this cop had no grounds to arrest you and i hope you got this cops badge Number and Information to file a " unlawful arrest" charge. I have had similar things happen to me at demos, arrested for "amplified sound" and when asked the cops often can not site a valid or current penal code or law that Justify's the arrest, this is nothing more then harassment and unlawful detainment..keep up the good fight.

@lightningpete You need to understand the law. It's to do with having reason to be alarmed, otherwise anyone could claim to be harassed/distressed by any behaviour! There has to be reasonable grounds and 'using words loudly' is not accepted as a general reason, hence the victories in mentioned court cases.

@VeganDave001 I would consider anyone with a megaphone talking about a bank and saying its vile and this that and another is language id prefer not to hear. so i would be alarmed. so their test over. Secondly it could be quite easy for someone inside the bank thinking they are being harrassed personally. So they would have been moved on for other reasons aswell. Direction to leave given for partial anti social behaviour. Some people may feel intimidated by people outside their local branch

@ACCSESS247 Please let me know how you know my age and why you think that it is 'young'! As for these 'childish' protests, well as stated these protests worked and achieved their aims and objectives so I don't think you should be so judgemental. Please also state your ways of 'grown up' protests that you think should be employed that work (with references) if you wish us all to make this world a better place, it takes deeds not words so examples please. Also whose comments are being stopped ?
-
@VeganDave001 You are still very young at the moment . but you show a lot of promise for the future if you can loose the childish ways of trying to protest & then maybe we can all make this world a better place for all of us. I like you spirit even if it is a little misguided. LOVE & PEACE BRO. & stopping other peoples comments is not the way to go
-
@VeganDave001 If you had taken the time to read my post then you would have noticed that I'm a lot more informed than you like to think that you are, I said that I agree with what you are protesting about but the way that you are going about it just makes you look immature & you will never be taken seriously by anyone who can really make a change, if you really want to make a stand about something that you feel strongly about then I suggest that you loose the childish approach to it

@ACCSESS247 Gosh how many times do I have to say this - these demoes caused Barclays to stop funding HLS, this is what the campaigners were asking for so how on earth do you come to the conclusion that they won't change anything ? They worked, Barclays stopped the funding. Please factor that into your future considerations before making uninformed comments!!!!!
Can I just ask what you expect by standing there yelling on a microphone in front of a building? That's a breach of the peace if there was ever one.
It's funny though.

just like to tell you that this is not police harrassment as it says in your discription...and that camera man says that section 5 says it is theatening behaviour or words likely to cause distress or harm......you were shouting at the barclays employees which may have made them fear further actions.....you have therefore also comitted assualt by law. This police officer was right to do what he did.
