This video is incorrect. Barry Jennings was Deputy Director of Emergency Services Department for the New York City Housing Authority, one who would be "in on it" according to this video. He was dispatched to WTC 7 on 9/11, and reported experiencing massive explosions in the building in the morning, 8 hours before the building imploded. He died mysteriously a few days before NIST released their WTC 7 report. google him or find his reports on youtube.
