Spore - Galactic Adventures, Money Bug?

First: No im not dead ;), i just was N/A for a while because i have no idea what should i record and upload it to Youtube. Here you can see a possible (Bug?) in Spore. BTW: Its Spore - Galactic Adventures German version.
