  • its truly personal preference but a 600cc is a perfect starter bike, it has plenty of power to get up and go! they are a little bit lighter than the 1000cc, not to much power to get stupid with and enough control and resistance in the 600cc to ride leasuraly and comfortably, also the 600 is going to be great for cornering because they are so small and light. But for me i love speed and on 2 wheels i want one of the fastest so thats why i had to have the gsxr 1000. I smoked 600s and 750s lol.

  • Im looking into buying one of these, would it be too big for me to ride since im 5'7?

  • @FuMMoD nah it wouldnt be to big for you, just be sure you are ready for the power. 1000cc is for an experienced. Although this was my first bike i grew up on 2 wheels lol.

  • @alloutkx450

Yeah im kinda intimidated by the 1000cc lol. This will be my first real bike too. Got any tips?

  • @FuMMoD Like i said just be sure that you are prepared for the 1000cc because if you lay it down or wreck it then your looking at loosing an automatic $1,000-$2,000 if you sell it as it is or by replacing it. Because plastics are not cheap lol. Just be a smart driver, always wear your gear and have a good helmet, and no matter what ALWAYS watch around you!! drivers don't pay attention to bikers sadly. Just be sure to have a good head on your shoulders and you will be okay.

  • @ltgesq lol no one is going to be asking about a street bike of a 600 and want to know about the 70s or 80s lol.

  • @MommyBird10

A 600 is plenty of bike for anyone. Assuming you are of average size or smaller. The problem is not engine power or capacity, it is ergonomics. A current sports 600 has nearly twice the horsepower of the superbikes of the 70's, and as much power as race bikes of the 80's.

A larger engine gives you more torque, more off the line, can carry two people easier, and isn't thrown around on the highway as much. On the down side, you can get in trouble really fast on a 1000cc bike.

  • i mean, what type of bike does someone actually NEED? cause ive been told a 600 is just enough for anyone and ive also been told that a 600 is really TOO much for the average person...but i also DONT want to be called a doucher for riding a 600 cause it might be a smaller bike...........any thoughts???

  • dude that air noise makes the video SUCK!!! but the bike is badass

  • @fadedfd yes i did, i originally paid $4,800 for it..and with the pipe i had approx, $5,100 into it, but i put over 4,000 miles on it, smoked the tires a few times, rode a ton of wheelies and never put anything else on it so i got my moneys worth out of it :)
